张彦隆,中国科学院城市环境研究所副研究员,福建省海外引进高层次人才,厦门市高层次留学人才。2016年毕业于日本东北大学,获工学博士学位。2017年-2024年在厦门大学环境与生态学院担任博士后、副教授、环境与生态工程系主任等工作。2025年入职中国科学院城市环境研究所。
