环境微生物学,环境病毒及微生物生态功能及其健康效应。主要研究方向包括:(1)城市化过程中环境微生物组和病毒组变化特征及其健康效应;(2)关键生源要素碳氮转化的功能过程和微生物学机制,以及对病毒和环境因子的响应。
