杨小茹,中国科学院城市环境研究所研究员,博士生导师。2003年和2008年,先后于厦门大学生命科学学院获学士学位和博士学位,同年进入中国科学院城市环境研究所工作至今。长期从事环境微生物学和微生物生态学研究工作,主要采用高通量现代分子生物学技术研究环境微生物群落结构和功能基因多样性及其对环境因子的响应与耦合机制。研究工作围绕环境与人类健康问题,以抗生素抗性基因和人畜共患病原微生物为切入点,重点研究抗生素抗性基因、微塑料等新污染物在环境中的组成、分布、传播扩散过程及风险研究。在本领域重要国际期刊Global Change Biology、 Environmental Science & Technology、ISME Journal、Environment International、New Phytologist等发表SCI论文100余篇(其中第一作者和通讯作者40余篇),他引4700余次,H指数为41(2025年7月16日WOS数据);授权国家发明专利4项;参编土壤微生物学专著1部;主持重点研发课题1项,国家自然科学基金项目4项,省部级项目2项;作为项目骨干参与中科院先导专项、国家基金创新群体/重大/重点项目/国际合作/联合基金、科技部国际合作专项等多项国家级项目。
