研究员，博士生导师，博士毕业于德国慕尼黑工业大学，先后入选福建省“BR计划”、中国科学院“技术攻坚类”特聘骨干、福建省引进海外高层次人才B类等。主要研究方向为时空信息智能感知与挖掘、城市和生态系统遥感等，先后主持国家科技重大专项课题、国家自然科学基金、以及宁德时代新能源等头部企业科技攻关项目10余项，已发表ISPRS JPRS、IEEE TGRS、JAG等高水平论文40余篇，出版英文专著1部，担任IEEE高级会员（senior member）、国际数字地球学会中国国家委员会激光雷达专业委员会副秘书长、中国测绘学会低空开发与利用工作委员会委员。
